Meet Simone: The face behind Pawfect Adventures

Hi, I’m Simone

I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember and was lucky enough to grow up with dogs as part of the family. For the past 13 years, my two Staffy x Mastiffs, Macy and Flo have kept me busy and deepened my understanding and love for larger breeds.

I am also a registered Paramedic and have been since 2013. My career in healthcare has given me a strong foundation in responsibility, safety and the ability to remain calm under pressure - skills that are invaluable when caring for dogs.

A recent change in my working hours has given me the opportunity to focus on what has always been my true passion - dogs. Creating Simone’s Pawfect Adventures allows me to combine my professional experience with something I genuinely love, providing a service that is both caring and dependable.

Over three years ago, I began volunteering walking dogs of all shapes and sizes at a dog rescue - and I haven’t looked back since. This experience has been incredibly rewarding and has given me valuable insight into dogs of all backgrounds, especially those who may need extra patience, care and understanding.

I regularly walk large, strong breeds such as Cane Corsos, American bulldogs and other mastiff breeds as well as nervous dogs who may not have had the best start in life. I take pride in giving these dogs the time they need—helping them feel safe, building their trust and showing them what it feels like to be cared for.

To me, dogs are more than a pet, they are family.
